Back in May, Solterra‘s golden shovels went into the ground and officially kicked off the construction of Keefer Block, Chinatown’s newest community and the first part of the neighbourhood’s bold revitalization story. When it’s completed in the second half of 2014, Keefer Block will be a boutique community of 81 homes, comprised of modern flats, as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.
